You can check the class schedule on our website and reserve your spot directly. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to confirm your attendance.

We recommend coming in comfortable, lightweight clothing. You can bring your own mat, although we also have materials available at the Shala. A water bottle and a light towel may also be helpful.

Depending on the instructor and the group, classes may be held in Spanish, English, or both languages. Our goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

Regular classes usually last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the activity. Workshops and retreats have a longer duration.

Yes! We offer accommodation through Airbnb so you can enjoy the full experience and take part in all our activities in one place.
